StateLotteryNews.com (SLN) is an independent news organization run by Mega Star Communications, LLC, baseed out of Canada with offices also in New York City and Florida. SLN is not affiliated with any state run or international lottery. SLN employs several writers from around the United States and from across the globe.

Mega Star currently employs more than twenty-five staff members that work solely on SLN. Nine of the SLN staff are reporters, three of those reporters are also editors. Other employees include web developers and designers, a webmaster, and several news messengers and fact checkers..
