The Kansas Lottery cannot be happy with what they had to do this week. There was a glitch in their reporting system this week and it has caused the lottery to pay Pick 3 numbers that never came out.

Lieutenant Governor Bill Halter has rounded up the signatures, now he will present them. Halter is lobbying for a state lottery in Arkansas, one of the few states in the country with no lottery system.

Halter has rounded up 138,000 signatures that will now be verified, counted, and submitted on July 7th. At that time, Halter will have thirty days to submit additional signatures if it is shown that not enough were submitted the first time.
