$136 Million Jackpot The Multi-state Powerball Lottery is up to it's highest jackpot in four months. A single winner can take home an estimated $136 million if they can match all six numbers for Wednesday night's drawing.

The Powerball jackpot has rolled over 11 times since August 6th and has not been this high since May, when one lucky player in Minnesota won over $180 million.

Players all across the nation are scrambling to lottery retailers to try and pick up
their tickets before tonight's 10:59PM eastern drawing.

"I can't believe the line I had to wait in to get my $10 worth of tickets," said Nick Stevens from Douglass, Kansas. "There are always so many more people buying tickets when the jackpot gets this high. Like they don't want to win $10 or $15 million."

If no one wins tonight, the jackpot is expected to reach $150 million.
