Football Player Hits $250,000 in Mega-Millions Draw

Ohio University football player Mike Eynon correctly picked five of six numbers in the Ohio State Mega-Millions draw, giving him winnings of $250,000. Eynon had all five of the base number right, but missed the mega ball number which would have won him $34 million.
Still, the offensive lineman was ecstatic to find he would be awarded $172,500 after taxes. Eynon is in school learning to become a certified public accountant, and he says he'll be able to pay off school expenses and relieve his debt with the money.

The winning numbers were 9, 21, 36, 38, and 55; the mega number Eynon missed was 13.
Taking it all in stride, Eynon was suited up and ready for practice with the rest of the football team. He noted, "Ya’ know, why should I get a day off for winning the lottery? It’s just another day.”
