"A lady from the National Lottery called me to say I'd won. At first I thought it was a prank call. It just didn't sink in. I didn't want to tell anyone until I knew it was definite and it was killing me having to keep quiet," said Williams.

He plans on using the money on the usual things, a new house, a shopping spree, and maybe a motorbike for himself. That will all come after he and his girlfriend get back from a vacation that they had planned before he won the lottery jackpot.
