Ticket Sold In Georgia For Mega Millions Lottery $42 Million Jackpot

$42 Million Winner The Associated Press is reporting that a single winner matched all six numbers and has taken the $42 million jackpot from Tuesday night's drawing of the multi-state Mega Millions Lottery.
The only ticket to match all the winning numbers from Tuesday was sold in Georgia. The winning numbers were: 16, 19, 39, 42, 44 and the Mega Ball number 38.
In addition to the grand prize winner, one player won the second prize by matching five numbers without the Mega Ball and will take home $250,000 in cash. That ticket was sold
Another 16 players matched four numbers plus the Mega Ball and will win third prizes of $10,000 each.
The next Mega Millions drawing, Friday night, will feature a jackpot of $12 million.
In other National Lottery news; tonight's Powerball Lottery Jackpot has also grown to $42 million.
Saturday's Powerball results are: 10, 14, 32, 40, 49 and the Powerball number 15.
Powerball has been collecting states ever since its inception back in 1992. Twenty nine states plus the U.S. Virgin Islands and the District of Columbia currently offer Powerball.
