$32 Million Jackpot
$32 Million Jackpot Friday night, in the multi-state Mega Millions Lottery, $32 million was up for grabs. The 11PM drawing results were; 7, 15, 27, 28, 31 and the Mega Ball number 35.

Lottery officials have not yet released details concerning a possible winner or winners. With the $32 million first prize jackpot there would be a cash out option of more than $19 million to a single winner.

"That's a nice jackpot," says Thomas Ferrell of Central Islip, New York. "With the cash out and minus the taxes, you probably walk away with about $12 million cash. I could sure do some damage with that."

The Mega Millions
Lottery is played in twelve states nationwide, including California, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.

Mega Millions Lottery drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday night's at 11PM Eastern. Player must match five balls from a set numbered 1 through 56 and then one Mega Ball is drawn from a set of balls numbered 1 through 46. 

With Mega Millions, there are nine ways to win a prize ranging from $2 to the jackpot. If no one wins the jackpot, the money rolls over to the jackpot for the next drawing.

Overall chances of winning a prize are 1 in 40.
