Friday Night's Mega Millions Lottery Jackpot Is Up To $16 Million

$16 Million Jackpot After no winner was recorded for Tuesday night's Mega Millions Lottery, the jackpot is on the rise. The jackpot for Friday night's drawing is up to $16 million. Tuesday night's results were; 2, 25, 35, 38, 42 and the Mega ball number 34.
Last Friday's $42 million jackpot winner has come forward. Michigan Lottery officials say the winner of the Oct. 3 jackpot would be introduced and get a check at a news conference Friday in Lansing.
The lottery has said the ticket matching all the winning numbers from that Mega Millions drawing was sold at Stoney Creek
The winner will have the option of claiming the jackpot amount as a 26 year annuity or the lump sum amount, $26.3 million in a single payment.
Mega Millions is America's biggest jackpot game with jackpots starting at $12 million and rolling over everytime their is no winner recorded. Even without winning the grand prize, players have the opporunity to win other prizes ranging from $2 to $250,000. The overall odds of winning a prize is 1 in 40.
Mega Millions drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday night at 11PM Eastern.
